The 2022 February Exhibit includes the Sager Reeves Gallery debut of the work of Sharon Harper. Composed and assembled from ephemeral materials and delicate drawing, these works poetically and tenderly address the relationship between mind and body, memory, loneliness, and the passage of time. Sharon Harper holds an MFA in Painting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She was a Professor of Art at Missouri State University, where she was the recipient of numerous research and foundation awards, among other honors including residencies and major collection acquisitions all over the U.S.
